4 hours on location. Ideal for focused content batches — a single environment or a tight shot list. Best for recurring monthly shoots.

Full-Day Production

8 hours on location. Multiple environments, larger shot lists, and complete content library builds. Best for launch batches and quarterly productions.

On-site production FAQ.

We send a pre-production brief one week before every shoot — a complete shot list, location logistics, talent notes, and specific prep requirements on your end (surfaces cleaned, products staged, specific team members available, etc.). The brief takes most clients 20–30 minutes to review and confirm. We want to walk in ready to execute, not to figure out what we're shooting on the day.
A full-day production typically yields 30–60+ raw clips, which we edit into 8–15 finished pieces of content depending on format requirements. A half-day yields roughly half that volume. We batch intentionally so you have a full month — often more — of content from a single session, rather than requiring a monthly shoot that disrupts your team repeatedly.
Not at all. Authentic content featuring your actual team consistently outperforms polished content with professional talent in most industries. Audiences can tell when something is staged — and authenticity builds trust that acting never could. We handle all creative direction on the day, so your team feels natural and confident on camera without any acting experience required.
Standard edited content is delivered within 5–7 business days of the shoot date. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available for time-sensitive launches or campaigns. We deliver through a shared review platform where you can leave frame-specific notes and approve or request revisions on each individual piece before anything goes live.
